Members get Free & Half Price Lift Tickets to Snow Valley, Half Price Mt. Baldy Lifts, Discounts on Lift Tickets to Snow Summit & Bear Mtn. and much more (check out all the benefits you receive as a member under offers). WE NO LONGER SEND PLASTIC MEMBER CARDS. As soon as you sign up, we email a Membership Card that you can print and use right away. Be sure to click on the Details link for each offer. Read the rules, restrictions and how to access each of your benefits - they are different for each offer. You can always resend your Paper Card to yourself by clicking MANAGE MY ACCOUNT above and follow the prompts. Q:
Why can't I use Hotmail / Outlook / MSN emails?
A:
Simply put ... Microsoft won't deliver emails from the SnowJam Server. When you buy a lift ticket or a membership from SnowJam, our automated response is to email the documents necessary to fulfill the transaction (email your lift voucher or Member document and a receipt). Microsoft is unable to provide us with an explanation, they simply say - "try it now". Until the problem is resolved we have no way of serving Hotmail customers. The answer is to use gmail, yahoo or any number of other free email service providers until they can fix the problem. If you did buy from our site and used Hotmail, please go to www.snowjamcard/contactus and let us know (have an alternate email address ready so we can forward your documents). You can also call Customer Service at (951) 241-0981.
Q:
Can I buy memberships for friends and family?
A:
Yes. In fact, a Preferred Card membership makes a great gift. Just make sure that the name and address information you use for others will match their ID, because some partners check to make sure the person using an offer is the actual member. Since child members usually don't have ID, they should be with an adult who can verify their identity.

Can I buy more than one membership per person?
A:
No. Memberships are limited to one per person.
Q:
When do the Preferred Card offers end?
A:
Each offer has different date parameters, which are outlined the Preferred Card website. Most offers are good until the end of the winter season, which varies from resort to resort.
Q:
Do you have discounts to resorts or other deals that aren't listed on the Preferred Card site?
A:
All the current offers are listed on the Preferred Card site, but we do add discounts throughout the season. And when that happens we will post it on the site and send you an email to let you know.

How does the Bear Mtn. & Snow Summit Discount Lift Ticket work?
A:
SnowJam Members can purchase Lift Ticket Vouchers on this website that you print and take with you to the resort ticket window. You must print a paper copy for each lift ticket. The lift tickets we offer are Adult (23-64) and Youth (13-22) Regular and Off-Peak. You can save over 40% off the ticket window price depending on the day you use the lift tickets. Date restrictions are listed on the "Details" section of each of the resort "OFFERS" pages but are generally: Regular are good all season non-holiday weekends and midweeks & Off-Peak are good all season non-holiday midweeks. You do not have to pick a date you are going to use the tickets. You can buy, print and use the tickets the same day, or you can use any of the valid dates through the season.

What are the offer restrictions and how do I go about getting my benefits?
A:
Each offer is different. All offer details are displayed by clicking on the Details link (red Details link located just below each offer). Click the Details link and you will find all you need to know about the offer on the right side of the page, under the green SPECIAL DETAILS BELOW box.

If I buy a SnowJam Card, can I go to the SnowJam Show for free?
A:
Yes. All you need to do is buy a membership ($17.00 online), register (assign the membership to a person), print your Membership Card (you can use your smartphone) and take it to the show entrance. Your member card will be scanned at the door and you're in. Plus, you can have your membership scanned at booths in the show to pick up your free lift tickets as well.
Q:
If I buy a SnowJam Admission Ticket, do I get a SnowJam membership card for free?
A:
Yes. When you purchase a show admission ticket and register it in your name, you are automatically a member - Unregistered tickets will get you show admission but no free lift tickets. If you want the free lift tickets & other discounts and goodies, you should register your membership and bring a copy of your membership to the show(smart phones ok).
Q:
How do I get the FREE lift tickets at the SnowJam show?
A:
If you are a SnowJam Card Member (registered in your name), just bring your printed member card (smart phones ok) & ID to the show. It will be scanned at the gate & at the booths giving away the free lift tickets. If you aren't registered, click on the Manage My Account link above.
Q:
Do I have to buy another SnowJam Preferred Card for each new season?
A:
Yes. You need to renew your membership for each season.
Q:
What is the last date I can purchase a membership?
A:
We stop selling memberships near the end of each season, in about mid-April.
Q:
Will I be billed monthly or annually for my Preferred Card membership?
A:
No. There is a one-time price per season and there are no other fees or charges. We will not automatically renew your membership each year.
Q:
Can I buy memberships for my whole family or group at once? Can I add names later?
A:
Yes and Yes. You can purchase multiple memberships now, and assign individuals (register the memberships) later by clicking on the Manage My Account link above. Example: purchase for a family of 6 now with one credit card; assign one member now ... one tomorrow ... and so on. Just remember, you have to assign the membership to an individual before it may be used & there are no refunds for unused memberships. Go to "Manage My Account" above and use the info contained on your original receipt to access your account.
Q:
My son and I have the same name and the system won't let me purchase a second membership in that name. What can I do?
A:
Click on Sr. and Jr. for the appropriate memberships and the system will then allow both names to be entered.
Q:
Where are my half price and free lift tickets? How do I get it?
A:
We do not send actual lift tickets or coupons through the mail. In most cases you simply show your Printed Preferred Card and ID at the resort to get your benefit. But first, select the offer you want, click on the red Details link below the offer, read and follow the instructions for that offer.
Q:
I purchased my membership and I still haven’t received my card in the mail. What should I do?
A:
SnowJam NO LONGER AUTOMATICALLY SENDS PLASTIC CARDS. You can use the Printed Paper Membership Card we emailed to you when you joined. If you lost or damaged your paper card, simply click the MANAGE MY ACCOUNT link above, follow the prompts to resend yourself a copy of your Membership Card. If you have any questions go to ContactUs and let us know.

I gave you the wrong (or incomplete) mailing address so I'm afraid I won't get my membership card.
A:
Click Manage My Account and give us your name and email as you entered originally. You can correct the email address and resend the member card to yourself.

Q:
I purchased but didn’t get the email with my Printable Membership Card. What happened?
A:
Check your “Spam” or “Junk” inbox. If it’s there, please change your settings to allow emails from no-reply@snowjamcard.com or no-reply@snowjamshow.com - that's us. If it’s not there, you may have entered your email address incorrectly. Click on Manage My Account (above) and you can edit the email address you provided us, or Click Contact Us and provide us with your correct email address and we’ll re-send your Paper Card and receipt.
Q:
I was unable to print the Paper Membership Card you emailed me. What can I do?
A:
You should forward the email pdf file to someone with a working printer. In some cases (at the SnowJam Show & Snow Valley) the readers / scanners can recognize your smart device - however it can be slow and create delays for you. We STRONGLY ADVISE PRINTING your Member Card to avoid frustration.

I am leaving for the resort now and I can't find my membership card ... what can I do?
A:
Click on Manage My Account, enter your name and email address. Your record will open so you can resend and reprint your membership Card right now.
